📄 Overview

This project focused on integrating a vehicle security siren system by designing and positioning sirens and their mounting brackets within the car body. The goal was to ensure effective placement for sound clarity and system protection while meeting OEM standards.

🎯 Objectives

  • Design a secure mounting solution for the siren inside the vehicle body

  • Optimize the position for sound effectiveness and safety

  • Collaborate with OEMs (Honda and Maruti Suzuki) to meet integration requirements

🧠 What I Did (Role: Project In Charge)

  • Designed 3D models of the siren and mounting brackets using CATIA V5

  • Designed custom sheet metal brackets for securely mounting the siren

  • Designed and optimized the siren casing using plastic part design techniques

  • Identified and finalized the optimal mounting location within the vehicle

  • Participated in production and physical testing of the integrated system

  • Worked directly with teams from Honda and Maruti Suzuki to align with vehicle-specific requirements
