This project focused on designing and developing various dispensing systems and steel containers which were integral parts of the main automated cooking robot. The systems were designed for efficient storage, dispensing, and integration within the robot's operational framework.

🎯 Objectives

  • Design dispensing systems and containers suitable for industrial food automation

  • Optimize sheet metal design for cost-effective and space-saving solutions

  • Handle the complete development process from concept to production

🧠 What I Did (Role: Mechanical Design Engineer, PIC)

  • Led concept generation, design, and prototyping of multiple dispensing systems and steel containers

  • Applied sheet metal manufacturing skills to ensure durable and manufacturable designs

  • Collaborated closely with the electronics and software teams to align hardware with system functionality

  • Managed procurement, material sourcing, and coordination with manufacturers

  • Focused on efficient resource allocation, cost optimization, and space-saving designs for integration within the robot
