Led New Product Development (NPD) across all phases — from conceptual design and 3D modeling to prototyping, manufacturing, assembly, and final documentation.
Worked on the design and development of multiple sub-systems such as robotic arms, liquid dispensing systems, and customized storage modules, handling end-to-end product development with a focus on space optimization, cost efficiency, and system integration.
Prototyped mechanical components using 3D printing for proof of concept and transitioned to metal machining for production-ready parts.
Collaborated closely with electronics and software teams for component selection, system optimization, and seamless hardware-software integration.
Managed procurement activities — sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and supporting supply chain activities for rapid product development.
Project Management: Oversaw project sprints, moderated team meetings, developed detailed timelines, organized design samplings, set development priorities, and ensured alignment with overall project milestones.
