Developing an AutomationML-based approach for integrated engineering data transformation and Round-Trip Engineering (RTE), enabling seamless data exchange, traceability, and system integration for flexible production systems within the DIAMOND project.
Designed and implemented a flexible manufacturing system integrating AAS and PLC, enabling dynamic, real-time control through REST APIs and OPC UA, with a conceptual roadmap to autonomous AAS Type 3.
Developed a concept-driven modeling approach using AML to enable seamless engineering data transformation & integration across disciplines, supporting digitalization and interoperability in production system design.
Developed and implemented an Industry 4.0-based control system for a lab-scale automated production setup using PLC programming, OPC UA, AML and AAS.
Optimized the bin picking efficiency of an industrial robot using Python and RoboDK by simulating various configurations.
